I've been using their items ever since and have even got my partners and clients on board with them. One big reason I'm so pleased with the product is Akhilesh; his help was spot on. Lou really nailed it when it came to sorting out our problem and then taking it up to the developers. He was totally willing to communicate back and forth to ensure we could use the service without a hitch! Brightdata is hands down the simplest proxy to work with, especially with the Firefox and Chrome extensions for my users. Much appreciated!
